Lift is a 50-minute strength-based class with real-world application designed to teach efficient and safe movement patterns for individuals looking to improve functional strength in a safe environment. You will be challenged to focus on the quality, not quantity, of your movements and exercise to ensure control in building total-body strength. This class leaves you with all gains and no pains.
Burn is a 50-minute metabolic class built to incinerate calories while working on movement efficiency and endurance. This is a fun, high intensity, full-body workout that delivers a variety of functional movements that will help you burn fat and feel energized all day long. This is the way cardio was meant to be!
Drawing on a combination of yoga styles, our Vinyasa influenced class focuses primarily on the coordination of breath to movement. This 50-minute class will open and strengthen the body while relaxing the mind. Our dynamic class style will take you through a variety of postures that are linked together in a “Flow.” It will challenge your muscles and mind while taking your practice to a whole new level.
Restore is a 50-minute stress-busting class designed to get you moving and help you rejuvenate. Mindful movement and deep breathing set the tone for a meditative practice. Restore meets you where you are – you’ll receive individualized attention that makes yoga accessible regardless of previous experience, injury or mobility. This class unwinds with deeper stretches to release tension and leave you feeling refreshed.
