The beautiful serene space is specially designed to create a feeling of calm and relaxation. It’s the perfect place to reset your day in our RESTORE class or challenge yourself in one of our FLOW classes. We also supply complimentary yoga mats, blocks and bolsters as needed.

Featuring cables, free-weights, cardio, and strength equipment from top brands like Life Fitness and Technogym, all you need to supply is the effort. When the weather is nice we open the front window to give you a little fresh air while you do cardio.
